Refund policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used, washed, or damaged items (after delivery).
Products bought during sale/clearance events (unless defective).
Accessories (if any, like masks, socks, or innerwear).
Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

1. Email us at support@klotha.com with your order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and approve/reject it within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, you will need to ship the product back to our return address (shared via email).
4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of refund/exchange.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account (details required).

5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or product of equal value.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank/payment provider.
