Cancellation Policy

 

At www.klotha.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, please email us at support@klotha.com with your order ID.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no cancellation charges apply if cancelled before shipping.
3. Order Cancellation by klotha.com
We may cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock or discontinued.
There are issues with payment authorization.
Invalid/incomplete shipping address is provided.
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
4. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify product details, sizes, or shipping address.
You may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
